Tipi Setups, Packages, and you
2025 proved to be our biggest and most exciting season yet. We saw an increase in bookings across both festivals and private events, which meant we needed to expand the team more than ever before. And with each passing year we continue to refine our processes, learn from our customers, and grow into a more mature, confident company. As we finish up season five, we wanted to share some of the trends, popular setups, and favourites from the past few months. Whether you're planning a festival, wedding, or private celebration, we hope you this interesting, informative and maybe, fingers crossed, helpful.
The Single Tipi & Wall Extension Combo - Space, space, and more space!
If you've been keeping up with our recent blog posts, you’ll know this setup made quite a few appearances toward the end of the season. The Single Tipi paired with a Wall Extension turned out to be a popular choice, and not surprising due to how space efficient it is, especially for smaller venues such as private garden events, weddings, or an intimate venue.
The Wall Extension opens up the Tipi significantly, making the space feel larger and the ability to do that bit more. Due to this, the Bronze package tends to cover everything, providing all the essentials, such as Flooring and Lighting, giving you a solid foundation to build on. However, to take full advantage of the extension, definitely consider the addition of a Stage and even a Dance floor due to the extra leg room.
The Classic Double Tipi - Fan favourite
The bread and butter of many of our hires - the Double Giant Hat Tipi. This configuration works great across both festivals and private events because it strikes the perfect balance between size and functionality, especially for those larger fields. The Silver Package remains our top recommendation for Double Tipi events. The additional furnishings help make the most of the larger space, creating a more complete setup. But with so much space there’s loads of room to play with, you could always in addition, have our renowned Festival decor package, or a pumping martin audio pro Sound system, sky's the limit!
The bottom line
While these two configurations were the standout favourites this summer, they’re far from the only options available. Every tipi package and configuration can be adapted to suit your needs, whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday celebration, corporate event, or festival.
